Enjoy an exclusive 1-hour small group behind-the-scenes tour and tasting for two at Samuel Adams® Brewery, subject to availability. Your guide will be a senior staff member who will explain the brewing process used to make this craft beer. Sample a few of the award winning beers, including exclusive tastings not available to the general public. Depending on the brewing schedule on the day of your tour, you may have access to some off-limit areas such as the Barrel Room. Note: Tours available on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. In 1984, Jim Koch started The Boston Beer Company on a shoestring budget. No one had heard of high-quality, full-flavored American beer. He believed in his beer and believed that with a little luck people would try Samuel Adams® and come to love it. Against the odds, a movement began, and the American craft beer revolution was born.
NOTE: Minimum legal drinking age is 21.
Enjoy a 5-course dinner with beer pairing for two, including tax and gratuity. The menu changes on a seasonal basis and includes local specialties and chef-inspired creations, such as baked stuffed shrimp with lobster and crab with tarragon sherry butter, grilled flat iron steak with roasted garlic and wild mushroom confit, and Banana’s Foster tableside. Beers paired with each course will include Samuel Adams® beer and other East Coast favorites. Located at the Faneuil Hall Marketplace, adjacent to historic Faneuil Hall in the heart of Boston, McCormick & Schmick’s is near the Boston Common, New England Aquarium, Old State House and Paul Revere’s House. Subject to availability.
