Designer Spotlight: Stones in His Pockets

About Julie K. Ross

Julie has always enjoyed the theater and its ability to bridge several different talents together and make a unique art form for others to experience in a live space. This is both the challenge and the reward: to hone all of these varied talents into one cohesive experience. Julie hails from Florida State University where she studied Studio Art and Technical Theater. She is based out of Asheville, North Carolina where she continues to design and paint for theaters near and far. She also keeps busy doing faux finishes and murals for residential and commercial. She is thrilled to be designing again with NC Stage and their wonderful creative team this season.
