We got an Oscar! Well, we didn’t but the movie Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri did. Three Billboards won two Oscars in the category Best Actress and Best Supporting Role and was nominated 7 times. Our incredibly talented Set Designer (Other Desert Cities, 12 Dates, King Mackerel etc.) and Scenic painter Julie K. Ross wallpapered these three billboards and painted the original ones shown in the movie and the preview trailers. NC Stage is delighted and happy for her well deserved success!

Julie has been a part of NC Stage since 2010, she started as a scenic painter for True West and designed her first set in 2012 for Love Child.
