After losing her job teaching nihilism, cynical Bari takes a job at the fulfilment center in her small hometown. When her painfully cheery co-workers set her up on a date with Mike, a man who makes art out of garbage, she’s prepared to back out and continue down her path of unhappiness. After a life-altering turn of events, what she discovers instead is a fellow lost soul and a possible journey to enlightenment. This quirky romantic comedy challenges us to find unexpected joy in living and to see the humanity in one another as well as ourselves.
