Two Day Workshop October 24th and 25th, 2014
This workshop provides the learner with simple, concise and immediately applicable ways of improving voice and body expressiveness. Participants will receive a copy of the book “Essential Lessac: Honoring the Familiar in Body, Mind, Spirit”, by Arthur Lessac and Deborah Kinghorn (included in the workshop fee). Topics covered will be breathing and posture, resonance and support, and flexibility and strength. No prior training is necessary; anyone is welcome. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on for floor work. Dress to move!

October 25th, 2014: 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM at NC Stage
